What SSO protocols are supported?
SAML 2.0 (SP-initiated with SHA-256/SHA-512 signature validation) and OIDC Authorization Code flow with PKCE. SSO is configured per institution with automatic user provisioning.
What LMS platforms does EngagedLab integrate with?
SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (3rd/4th Edition) packages work with Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, and any SCORM-compliant LMS. LTI 1.3 provides deep integration with Assignment & Grade Services.
How is institution data protected?
PostgreSQL Row Level Security on all tables, AES-256-GCM encryption for MFA secrets, TOTP multi-factor authentication, JWT sessions capped at 4 hours, and HSTS with 2-year max-age.
How does the Enterprise Seat Expansion work?
Existing Enterprise clients can purchase additional blocks of 500 seats at £10,000 per year. All new seats inherit existing permissions and integrate with the main contract.
